Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following regions:
Domestic: Mainland China (excluding some remote areas).
International: United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain.
   Note: Some remote areas or islands may not be serviced. Final availability will be shown at checkout.


2. Processing & Delivery Times
Order Processing: All orders are processed and handed to the carrier within  10-15 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
Transit Times:
    Domestic: Estimated 7-15 business days for delivery (varies by carrier and destination).
   International: Estimated 15-25 business days for delivery (subject to customs, holidays, and local conditions).
Peak Seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events): Delivery times may be extended. Please refer to site announcements for updates.

3. Shipping Costs
 International Orders:
   Shipping costs are calculated in real-time based on destination, package weight, and dimensions. The final cost will be displayed at checkout.
  Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not liable for these additional charges.


4. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely:
International: DHL, FedEx, EMS, or specialized logistics lines.
Note: The carrier is selected at our discretion based on order details. We currently do not accept requests for a specific carrier.

5. Order Tracking
 Once your order ships, you will receive an email/SMS notification containing your  tracking number  and a link to track your package.
 You can also check the status anytime by logging into your account and viewing "My Orders."


6. Delivery Issues
Lost or Damaged Packages: If the tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your parcel, or if the package arrives visibly damaged, please contact our customer service within 7 days. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is undeliverable due to an address error provided by the customer, reshipping fees will be the customer's responsibility.
Customs Delays: For international orders, customs processing times are beyond our control. Please ensure your contact information is accurate and respond promptly to any requests from customs authorities.

7. Returns & Exchanges
 Please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending any items back.
Return Shipping Costs:
  Returns for non-defective items or change of mind are at the customer's expense.
  We will cover return shipping costs for items that are defective or incorrect due to our error.

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time to reflect changes in our services or operational requirements. Updates will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.
